A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

Bear in Venice is a very short point-and-click adventure game in the style of the old LucasArts' classics. Honestly, it's more of a tech demo kind of thing I did to learn to use Adventure Game Studio while writing proper longer games.

It's a fun thing nonetheless,  so go ahead and give it a try.  If I find the right inspiration, I might actually expand this into a longer game, or at least do some more adventures of the titular bear character.

I don't know why, but I can't run your game (I'm using linux). Both Linux and Windows (using Wine) builds displays a "permission denied" msg in the terminal (using sudo + chmod)...

Thanks for letting me know. I checked the issue and uploaded a new Linux version of the game here.  I can't properly test it myself right now, but if you download it again, it should be working now.

This is a funny little point-and-click adventure game.  I wish it was a bit longer and it would have been better if it was voice acted.  But overall a fine little game. Well done.

Thanks! A longer teddy bear adventure is in the works and should be released some time next year.

Be great to see a full game of it (and on steam).

Thanks! A longer game has been in development for a while now, I hope to have it finished by the end of the year and available on Steam and everywhere.

Good to hear, thank you.

Short but cute. That cop is suspicious. :)

Cool, my first Let's Play video ever!

First of many. Keep up the good dev work, can't see what you create next. :)
